Every Fluorchem Product Starts Here, Inside the B100 & B200 Complexes
©2022 Fluorchem Corporation
Since 2020, all Fluorchem chemical products have been proudly manufactured at our own dedicated production plant. This facility is wholly owned and operated by Fluorchem Corporation, giving us complete control over every stage of our manufacturing process, from raw material handling to final packaging.
Our factory encompasses a modern chemical complex equipped with its own utiity support systems. These include dedicated reactors and finishing lines for the production of high purity, low volume specialty chemicals as well as a cogeneration facility allowing us to be our own electric utility that supplies reliable heat and power to support our operations year round.
By owning and operating our own equipment, we ensure that product consistency, quality and regulatory compliance remain under our strict control. This independence allows us to adapt quickly to customer needs and implement continuous process improvements always guaranteeing quality without needing to rely on third-parties.
At our factory, safety isn't just a policy, its a core value which is evident across our operations. From the very design of our machinery to minimize exposure, to administrative controls that ensure safe working practices, we maintain rigorous safety protocols to protect our team, our community and our environment. Our commitment to this ensures that all production activities are conducted with the utmost care and in accordance with Canadian/American environmental standards and global best practice
Meet Our Major Production and Utilities Facilities
At the B100 C Cogeneration Facility, Captured in 2025.
The B100C Cogeneration Facility is a 1.12-Megawatt (1,500 Horsepower) system used primarily to produce hot water for our process hot water supply loop (HWS), with additional capability to generate electricity for operational use. Operational since 2022, B100C followed B100A in 2020 and B100B in 2021, helping provide safe, reliable heat while reducing demand on the local electrical grid.
In 2025, a major investment converted B100C from solid fuel to gas. The project included new high-efficiency gas burners and a exhaust-gas scrubber system, improving efficiency and reducing emissions of SO₂, NOₓ, and other pollutants.
At the B200 Chemical Complex, Captured in 2026.
The B200 Chemical Complex is our flagship manufacturing center, designed to facilitate our production operations. Comprised of three separate machines, B201, B208 and B209, the B200 Complex design is centered around robotic operation and complete removal of human intervention from day-to-day work, minimizing risk and increasing uptime.
It began operations in 2022, the B200 Chemical Complex represents a significant leap forward from the B100 Chemical Complex in chemical manufacturing efficiency, automation, and safety.
In 2026, we completed a major engineering project at B208 plant, with the replacement of old HFC pilot production reactors and full redesign of supporting systems and plant utilities. This was completed in support of our post 2025 operational transition to refrigerant and blowing agent products.

The B100 Chemical Complex is our primary facility for pre-processing numerous intermediary and specialty chemical products supporting our production operations at the B200 Chemical Complex. It also contains utilities equipment such as air filtration, supply air system compressors, chillers, and pumps.
Beginning operations between 2020 and 2021, the B100 Complex formerly operated as our main production centre throughout those years and the COVID-19 pandemic. However, in 2022, with the startup of the B200 Complex, its role changed to that of a support & utilities plant for B200 Complex operations which it continues to fulfill today.
