Every Fluorchem Product Starts Here — Inside the B100 & B200 Complexes
©2022 Fluorchem Corporation
Since 2020, all Fluorchem chemical products have been proudly manufactured at our own dedicated production location in Canada. This vertically integrated facility is wholly owned and operated by Fluorchem Corporation, giving us complete control over every stage of our manufacturing process, from raw material handling to final packaging and logistics.
Our factory encompasses a modern chemical complex equipped with over nine specialized production units. These include dedicated reactors and finishing lines for the production of high purity specialty chemicals as well as a cogeneration facility allowing us to be our own electric utility that supplies reliable heat and power to support our operations year round.
By owning and operating our own equipment, we ensure that product consistency, quality and regulatory compliance remain under our strict control. This independence allows us to adapt quickly to customer needs and implement continuous process improvements always guaranteeing quality without needing to rely on third-parties.
At our factory, safety isn't just a policy, its a core value which is evident across our operations. From the very design of our machinery to minimize exposure, to administrative controls that ensure safe working practices, we maintain rigorous safety protocols to protect our team, our community and our environment. Our commitment to this ensures that all production activities are conducted with the utmost care and in accordance with Canadian/American environmental standards and global best practice
Meet Our Major Facilities
At the B100 C Cogeneration Facility, Captured in 2025.
The B100 C Cogeneration Facility is a 1.12 megawatt solid fuel fired boiler capable of producing both heat and power used for the operations of our chemical facilities.
Operational since 2022, after the shutdown of its predecessor, B100 B, B100 C has proven to be a safe and reliable source of heat and power for Fluorchem. Reducing our impact on the local electrical grid.
In 2025, we successfully completed a major engineering and design project to construct a flue-gas-desulphurization (FGD) plant at B100 C, reducing its emissions of SO2, NOX and other pollutants. Demonstrating a continued commitment to protect our local community and the environment.
At the B200 Chemical Complex (Gen II) , Captured in 2024.
The B200 Chemical Complex (Gen II) is our flagship manufacturing center, designed for high-volume, high-purity chemical production. The B200 Complex is responsible for the production, processing, and storage of all Fluorchem products.
It began operations in 2022 following the decommissioning of its first-generation predecessor, the B200 Chemical Complex Gen II represents a significant leap forward in chemical manufacturing efficiency, automation, and safety. The machine incorporates next-generation handling systems including nuclear-grade telemanipulators and fully robotic equipment, enabling precise, remote-controlled processes across the entire production line, eliminating all routine occupational exposure sources.

The B100 Chemical Complex is our primary facility for chemical processing and fabrication. Comprising 13 individual reactors, the complex is a hub for the synthesis and refinement of numerous intermediary and specialty products vital to our operations.
Beginning operations between 2020 and 2021, the B100 Complex continues to be an integral part of our day-to-day operations. It supports a wide range of chemical transformations and material development processes, enabling effeciant and high capacity production operations.
